Intensive Outpatient Program
More structure than weekly therapy, more freedom than residential
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers focused, evidence-based support several times a week — so you can make real progress while still living at home and staying connected to your life.

What it is
A higher level of care that fits around your life
An Intensive Outpatient Program bridges the gap between weekly therapy and full-time treatment. You attend multiple structured sessions each week — typically a mix of individual and group work — while continuing to live at home and keep up with daily responsibilities.
IOP is built around an individualized treatment plan and evidence-based approaches. The added structure and frequency help create momentum during a difficult stretch, with family involvement encouraged where it supports your recovery.
It's a strong option when weekly sessions aren't quite enough, or as a step down from a higher level of care while you continue to stabilize and build skills.
