Careers
Build a career worth coming back to
Clear Conscience Counseling is looking for licensed clinicians who want more than a job — people who want to do meaningful work inside a culture that genuinely supports their growth.

Why join us
Progressive, performance-driven, and people-first
At Clear Conscience Counseling, we believe our culture is what sets us apart. If you're looking for a practice with refreshing informality, genuine collaboration, and room to make an impact from day one — you've found it.
We foster a diverse, open, and engaging work environment that encourages every team member to grow professionally and personally. We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, and we make a meaningful investment in attracting and developing the best talent.
We look for innovative thinkers with a can-do attitude and the confidence to take on challenges — people who want to make a real difference in clients' lives.
What makes us different
Why clinicians choose us
We’ve built a practice where clinicians want to stay — and where clients can feel the difference that consistency makes.
A culture built on genuine care
From clinicians to leadership, everyone at CCC shows up with purpose. We're close-knit, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other's success.
Professional growth from day one
You won't be left to figure things out alone. Regular supervision, case consultation, and continuing education are woven into how we work — not bolted on after the fact.
Meaningful, varied caseloads
Our clients span individuals, couples, families, and teens — across in-person and telehealth care. You'll grow across settings and populations.
Multilingual and culturally informed
We serve one of the most diverse states in the country and take cultural humility seriously. Multilingual clinicians are especially welcome.
Flexibility that supports real life
We offer both in-person and telehealth schedules. We know that a sustainable career requires sustainable conditions.
A team that stays together
A great part of our team has worked together for years. That kind of stability is rare — and it makes every client interaction better.
Who we hire
Licensed clinicians ready to grow
We hire licensed mental health professionals — including LCSWs, LPCs, LSWs, LACs, and provisionally licensed clinicians seeking supervision — who are committed to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practice.
Whether you are early in your career and seeking a rich supervisory environment or an experienced clinician ready for more collaborative work, we want to hear from you.
We particularly welcome multilingual clinicians — including those who speak Spanish, Arabic, Polish, Hindi, Urdu, or Pashto, or who sign in ASL — and those with experience in trauma, EMDR, telehealth, or youth and family work.
Clearances & requirements
All staff are subject to the following checks upon hiring and annually thereafter:
- Criminal Background Check
- Professional License Review
- Degree / Transcript Review
- Reference Checks
Active licensure (or eligibility for supervision toward licensure) is required for all clinical positions.
Staff training & development
We invest in the people who invest in our clients
At Clear Conscience Counseling, we prioritize staff training to ensure top-quality care for every client we serve. Our programs focus on enhancing clinical skills, promoting cultural competency, fostering professional growth, ensuring ethical practice, and emphasizing clinician self-care.
By investing in our team's ongoing development, we create a supportive environment where staff can thrive — and that investment flows directly into the quality of care clients receive. Clinical supervision is structured and consistent, not an afterthought.
We believe a well-supported clinician is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. That's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
